: There are obviously many fake reviews about this hotel. We arrived expecting rooms similar to what we saw in the photos. But those photos are pretty deceiving. The room was very cold and there was no heater. There was no hot water for the shower and the toilet is so close to the wall that you almost need to sit sideways. The grout in the bathroom is badly stained a brown colour and cracked. Add the rust that is streaking from the screws in the wall and the filthy windows, it widens the eyes. There were also many stains on the bed sheets (perhaps bodily fluids of food or drink), but you have no choice to use them because the room is so cold. Every single conversation and footstep in the foyer could be heard from our room. If you want to have a conversation, be prepared for the rest of the guests to listen. Now this is a cheap hotel, but cheap should never come at the expense of hygiene and one's health. The same goes for the respect of one's privacy. The hotels response will be that I did not inform them of this. My response back would be that it is not worth the argument and even if I did get a discount, it is still not fair that others be misled.

: Location. We liked that there was water available for us to drink. We liked the security of the place and that there was somewhere to leave bags
: The bed in our room for one of our nights was so squeaky that you couldn't sleep. Breakfast was ok. Would like availability to make tea or coffee

: Everyone was helpful and nice. Breakfast was delicious, the room very comfy and clean. We went to Laura Pausini concert at Coliseo Rumiñahui which was really close from the hotel. It was a great stay, we would definitely go back again.
